This luscious cream cheese icing has the perfect zing to take your cupcake or cake to the next level.


  • 250g cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature
  • 1 cup CSR Soft Icing Mixture
  • Zest and juice of one lemon


  1. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add CSR Soft Icing Mixture, lemon juice and zest and beat until light and creamy.
  3. Spread or pipe over cakes and cupcakes.
