Chocolate Strawberry Brownies

All you need to make these Chocolate Strawberry Brownies is one pack of White Wings Choc Chunk Brownie mix, plus your favourite melted chocolate and strawberries!
Ingredients
- 1 pack White Wings Chocolate Chunk Brownies
- 100g (5 tbsp) margarine spread or butter, melted
- 2 (59g each) eggs
- 20mL (1 tbsp) water
- 1 pack of chocolate drops for melting
- 1 handful of strawberries (sliced)
Method
- Prepare and bake a packet of Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
- Melt the chocolate well in a heat proof dish (in the microwave or on the stove top)
- Layer sliced strawberries on top of brownie
- Pour melted choc on top, store in fridge to set
- Slice the brownies with a warm knife, and serve
