WHEN DOES THE PROMOTION START AND FINISH?

End date: 31/08/22 at 11:59 pm AEST, or once all gifts available are exhausted

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO ENTER?

Claims are only open to Australian residents. Individuals under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian approval to claim.

HOW DO I ENTER THE PROMOTION?

Purchase any two (2) White Wings or CSR Sugar products in one transaction during the promotional period from a participating store.

Visit www.winwithcsrwhitewings.com.au and follow the prompts including name, email address, postal address and proof of purchase.

For the first 11,000 aprons, postage & handling will be free and personalisation will be $4.42 + payment fee $0.38. For the remaining aprons, postage & handling will be $6.95 + payment fee $0.43 and personalisation will be $4.42 + payment fee $0.38.

CAN I USE MY RECEIPT TWICE IF I HAVE PURCHASED MULTIPLE ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS?

No, due to a limited number of aprons we have a limit of one gift per person.

Limit one (1) gift permitted for every two (2) Eligible Products purchased in one (1) transaction. E.g. if a person purchased four (4) Eligible Products in one (1) transaction they would be eligible to claim two (2) apron gifts but each claim would need to be submitted separately.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY APRON?

Please allow up to 4 weeks. If you have not received your apron at that time please contact us. Your apron will be sent via Auspost Standard delivery where signature is required upon delivery.

WHAT IS A QR RECIPE APRON?

Your apron has a scannable QR code on the front design. Please use your smartphone to scan the QR Code to access exclusive recipes and tips from Anna Polyviou, White Wings & CSR.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD AND TERMS APPLY? IS MY ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?

We accept secure payment via VISA, Mastercard or Amex.

We take security very seriously and have also made it a top priority. Your account will never be charged unless we have received confirmation from you to do so.

Your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 256-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.

WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE CHARGES?

No postage and handling fee applies for the first 11,000 claims. For all claims thereafter, a $6.95 postage & handling fee applies which is payable by Visa, Mastercard or American Express which will also incur an additional fee of approximately $0.43. If a claim is rejected i.e. is invalid or ineligible, the claimant will not be provided the gift and the funds for the P&H costs if paid by the claimant, will be refunded back to the claimant's bank account within 5-7 business days.

WHAT CAN I INCLUDE IN MY PERSONALISATION?

You can add any name, up to 10 letters max with only one (1) capital letter. Please note, profanities will automatically be rejected by our system. If our system picks your name up as a profanity but it is not, please contact us.

WHAT SIZE IS THE APRON?

One size fits all:

  1. Centre-front length approx. 76cm
  2. Width approx. 77cm

IS THERE A SET AMOUNT OF APRONS AVAILABLE?

Apron numbers are limited so make sure you put your claim in as soon as possible. The aprons will only be available while stocks last.
