CSR Lemon Flavoured Icing Mixture
CSR Flavoured Icing Mixture is 100% natural and can be used to make a variety of icings, glazes, frostings and fillings.
Simple Lemon Icing
1 sachet CSR Zesty Lemon Flavoured Icing Mixture
1 Tbsp boiling water (appx) 25g butter (optional)
Pour icing sugar into a bowl, add ½ Tbsp boiling water, mix thoroughly. Add a little more water until icing is spreadable but not runny.
Dip a spatula or knife in warm water and smooth icing mixture over cake, cupcakes, biscuits or other sweet treats.
Tips: For a thinner glaze, add additional boiling water (or warm milk), 1 teaspoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. For a richer buttercream icing, add 25g-50g softened butter or margarine. Add a Tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
