Chocolate Date and Almond Torte
Ingredients
8 Egg Whites
1 1/2 cups CSR White Sugar
350g Chocolate, roughly chopped
350g dates, roughly chopped
350g plain Almonds, roughly chopped
Method
1 : Beat Egg Whites until stiff and then slowly add CSR White Sugar.
2 : Fold in Dates, Almonds and Chocolate, place in a foil lined and greased 25cm spring form cake tin.
3 : Bake at 165 Degrees Celsius for 1.5 hours.

Tip :For a finishing touch decorate with whipped cream and dust with Cocoa!
