Chocoholic Mini Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups Standard Flour
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup CSR White Sugar
1/2 Cup Chocolate Drops/Chips
2 Tablespoons Raspberry Jam
1 Egg - beaten
50g butter-melted
1/2 Cup Milk approx

Method

Sift flour,baking powder and cocoa together. Stir in CSR sugar and chocolate drops. Add jam,egg,butter and milk, just to moisten. Spoon mixture into greased mini muffin tins. Bake for 15 mins at 200° or until top cracks.

Makes 30 Mini Muffins.

Comments

I like to make a double batch and freeze one. The kids love them warmed in the microwave for about 40 seconds from frozen.
P.S big kids love them too, if you know what I mean !!
