Banana and Lemon Syllabub
Ingredients
3 Tablespoons CSR White Sugar
1/2 Cup Cream, whipped
4 Tablespoons White Wine, chilled
3 Tablespoons Lemon Butter
2 Bananas Peeled and Thinly Sliced
4 Sponge Biscuits
Method
1 : Whisk the CSR White Sugar, cream, wine and lemon butter together until thick.
2 : Line four glass serving dishes with the banana slices. Cover with sponge biscuits, broken to size.
3 : Spoon quarter of the cream mixture into each glass. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
