Luscious Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
On the table: 15 minutes
Serves: 6-8
1/3 cup CSR Original Golden Syrup
200g dark chocolate, chopped
150ml pure cream
2 tablespoons unsalted chopped pistachios
Fresh fruit for serving eg strawberries, cherries or bananas
Marshmallows or sponge finger biscuits, for serving
Method
- Combine the Golden Syrup, chocolate and cream in a saucepan and stir over a gentle heat until melted. Fold through pistachios.
- Pour the fondue mixture into a warm serving bowl and place in the centre of a large platter of fruit and marshmallows.
- Using a fondue fork, pierce the fruit, marshmallows or biscuits and dip into the fondue.
