The special blend of sugar, apple pectin and citric acid ensures that your soft fruit jams will set every time. CSR Jam Setting Sugar is ideal for fruits low in pectin - such a strawberries, raspberries, plums, apricots, blackberries, blueberries, pears, peaches, figs, rhubarb and sweet navel oranges. It can be used with either fresh or frozen fruit.
