Rosemary and Red Wine Cutlets

Ingredients

On the table: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

1/4 cup CSR Golden Syrup Squeeze
1/4 cup red wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed

12 lamb cutlets

Balsamic Roasted Vegetables, for serving

Method

  1. Combine the Golden Syrup, wine, tomato paste, oil, rosemary and garlic in a bowl. Add cutlets and marinate for 20 mins.
  2. Remove cutlets from the marinade and barbecue over a medium heat until cooked to your liking.

This marinade is suitable for beef, chicken or lamb, and is excellent for skewered meats.
