Rosemary and Red Wine Cutlets

1/4 cup CSR Golden Syrup Squeeze
1/4 cup red wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
12 lamb cutlets
Balsamic Roasted Vegetables, for serving
Method
- Combine the Golden Syrup, wine, tomato paste, oil, rosemary and garlic in a bowl. Add cutlets and marinate for 20 mins.
- Remove cutlets from the marinade and barbecue over a medium heat until cooked to your liking.
This marinade is suitable for beef, chicken or lamb, and is excellent for skewered meats.

TIP: You can use CSR Golden Syrup in this recipe, however we recommend that you stand the tub in a bowl of boiling water for 5 minutes – this makes it easy to pour and spoon
