Syrup For Sorbets
Ingredients
1kg CSR White Sugar
1 Litre Water
Method
1 : Place CSR White Sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat. Stir just until the sugar dissolves.
2 : Bring to the boil (without stirring) and once boiled remove from heat and allow to cool.
3 : Refrigerate and use amount needed according to individual recipes. Will keep for about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
