Rich Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream Sauce
Ingredients
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 1/2 cups
1 packet (375 g) dark chocolate melts
300 ml cream
2 tablespoon CSR Icing Sugar
Method
Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir over gentle heat until the chocolate melts. Stir until well combined and smooth. This sauce will set solid at room temperature so needs to be served warm. Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
