Kiwi Fruit and Passionfruit Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons CSR Caster Sugar
3 Tablespoons Orange Juice
2 Kiwi Fruit, peeled and finely diced
Pulp of 4 passionfruit

Method

1 : In a heavy based saucepan heat CSR Caster Sugar and Orange Juice until Sugar dissolves. Simmer until syrup is
slightly reduced. Remove from heat.
2 : Puree and sieve the kiwi fruit and passionfruit. Stir into the syrup.

Tip : Serve over ice cream of your choice!
