Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

30g Butter
80g Packaged Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Teaspoon grated Lemon Rind
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Cups CSR Pure Icing Sugar

Method

1 : Beat butter, cheese, rind and juice in a small bowl with electric mixer. Beat until light and fluffy, and then gradually
beat in sifted CSR Pure Icing Sugar.
