Caramel Ice Cream Sauce
Ingredients
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Makes: 2 1/2 cups
2 cups CSR Soft Brown Sugar( Or try CSR Dark Cane sugar for a stronger butterscotch sauce)
50 g butter
300 ml cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
Combine all ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the sugar has dissolved and the butter has melted. Cool.
Store any unused sauce in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
