Caramel Fruit Bake

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons CSR Raw Sugar
300ml Sour Cream
Grated Zest 1 Orange
1 cup Toasted Muesli
3 Bananas, peeled and sliced
425g canned pears in natural juice, drained
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 Tablespoon CSR Raw Sugar, extra

Method

1 : Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.
2 : Combine CSR Raw Sugar, sour cream and orange zest and set aside.
3 : Spread the muesli evenly over the bottom of a small casserole dish. Layer the bananas on top and spread 1/2 the
sour cream mixture on them. Layer the pears on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and top with remaining sour
cream mixture.
4 : Sprinkle extra CSR Raw Sugar over the top to coat. Bake for 8 minutes, or until fruit is hot and sugar has
caramelised.
