Butterscotch Cream

Ingredients

50g Cornflour
570ml Milk
15ml CSR Original Golden Syrup
25g CSR Dark Brown Sugar
25g Butter
50g Glace Cherries, roughly chopped
25g Walnuts, chopped

Method

1 : In a bowl, blend the cornflour with a little of the milk to make a smooth paste.
2 : In a saucepan, heat the remaining milk with the CSR Original Golden Syrup, CSR Dark Brown Sugar and butter until
well blended.
3 : Stir into the cornflour paste and return to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
4 : Pour into individual dishes and sprinkle with cherries and nuts.
