Banana Split with microwave choc sauce
1 teaspoon cornflour
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons CSR Golden Syrup
3 tablespoons water
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
4 pink wafers (to serve)
1.Place cornflour, cocoa and butter in a measuring jug.
2.Add golden syrup and water.
3.Cook on high for 90 seconds in the microwave.
4.Whisk well. Cook on high for 2 minutes more.
5.Peel bananas. Spilt in half lengthwise.
6.Put 2 halves(i.e. one banana per person)into 4 sundae dishes.
7.Put a scoop of ice cream on top of each.
8.Pour chocolate sauce over each and serve.
