Baked Streusel Topped Apricots
Ingredients
1/4 cup CSR Golden Demerara Sugar
1/2 cup desiccated Coconut
1/4 cup chopped Pecan Nuts
50g Butter
440g canned Apricot Halves, drained
Cream or Unflavoured Yoghurt
Method
1 : Preheat oven to 200oC.
2 : Place CSR Golden Demerara Sugar, coconut, nuts and butter in a small saucepan and cook, stirring over a gentle
heat for 2-3 mins or until ingredients are combined.
3 : Arrange apricot halves in shallow ovenproof dish and sprinkle over topping. Bake at 220oC for 8-10 mins.
