Wheat Dairy Free Mini Cakes
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon cornflour
1 Tablespoon maize cornflower
1 flat Tablespoon rice flour
1 Teaspoon cocoa
half a teaspoon of margarine
quarter of a cup soy milk or mix until right consistinsy
chocoalte icing
Method
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add the margerine, pour in the soy milk and mix well.
Bake in patty tins,at 200°c for 15 mins.
When cool cover with icing then pop in fridge to store.
