Easy Mix Carrot Cake

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Medium Carrots, grated
185g Butter, melted
3/4 Cup CSR Brown Sugar
1 Cup Wholemeal Self Raising Flour
1 Cup Self Raising Flour

Method

1 : Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2 : Pour into a greased loaf tin. Bake 50 mins in moderate oven (190oC).
