BIG Easy Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
2 Cups of white CSR Sugar
1 cup of sour milk
2 teaspoons of baking soda
3 cups of self raising flour
1 cup of strong coffee
(2 teaspoons to a cup of hot water)
4 eggs
3 tablespoons of cocoa
200g of softened butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla essense
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Method
Place all ingredients in to a large mixing bowl in the order given above, mix together and then place straight into a well-greased baking tin and bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
Ice when cool.
Comments
This cake goes well with any occasion. A butter or chocolate icing is prefered.
