10 Minute Fudge Cake
Ingredients
5oz (150g) Butter
1 cup CSR White Sugar
1 dessertspoon CSR Golden Syrup
1 tablespoon Cocoa
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 Cup Coconut
Method
Melt together butter, sugar, golden syrup and cocoa - do not boil.
In a bowl mix flour coconut and baking powder together.
Combine wet and dry ingredients together and put into asponge roll tin. Bake for 10 Minutes AT 180°C.
Ice with chocolate icing when cool.
Comments
Coconut can be replaced with sultanas for a change also.
