CSR Muesli Bars
Ingredients
125g butter
1 cup CSR white sugar
2 tbsp CSR golden syrup
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup coconut
1 egg
1 cup mixed dried fruit: raisins, currants etc.
1 1/4 cups toasted muesli
Method
Put butter, sugar and golden syrup into a large bowl and melt in the microwave. Thoroughly mix in the remaining ingredients.
Grease a flat 20x30cm sponge roll baking tin. Press mixture into tin and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Cut into bars while still warm, and when cool, store in an airtight container.
