Pink Lemonade
Ingredients
1/2 cup CSR White Sugar
6 cups boiling water
13/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 x 300gm punnet strawberries - hulls removed and sliced
crushed ice
Method
1 : Place CSR White Sugar and boiling water in a large jug and whisk until sugar has dissolved. Stir in lemon juice,
allow to cool then refrigerate.
2 : Place strawberries and 1 cup chilled lemonade mixture in a food processor or blender and blend until frothy.
3 : Place crushed ice in the base of tall glasses, half fill with chilled lemonade and top with blended strawberry mixture
