Pineapple Punch
Ingredients
3 Cups Fresh Pineapple, diced finely
1 1/2 Cups CSR Caster Sugar
2 Cups Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Bottles Light Rum
1/2 Cup Brandy
2 Litres Soda Water
A Large Block of Ice
Method
1 : Sprinkle the pineapple with the CSR Caster Sugar and let stand at least an hour.
2 : Combine all the other ingredients, adding the soda water when ready to serve.
3 : Serve very cold, garnished with mint leaves.
