Claret Cup
Ingredients
1 1/2 Litres Claret
1 Small Orange, cut in thin slices
1 Lemon, cut in thin slices
1 Small Tin Crushed Pineapple with Juice
1/2 Cup Small Strawberries
Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup Caster Sugar
1 1/2 Litres Soda Water
Method
1 : Dissolve the CSR Caster Sugar in the fruit juice and then add the wine. Chill thoroughly.
2 : When ready to serve, add the soda water and crushed ice.
