Champagne Punch
Ingredients
1 Cup Water
2 Cups CSR White Sugar
1 Litre Champagne
4 Tablespoons Rum
2 Tablespoons Orange Curacao
Juice of 2 Lemons
2 Cups Strong Hot Tea
1 1/2 Litres Soda Water
Ice
Method
1 : Boil the water and CSR White Sugar together about 10 mins.
2 : Mix the champagne, brandy, rum, lemon juice, curacao and tea. Add the syrup.
3 : Pour into a punch bowl and add a large block of ice.
4 : When ready to serve add the soda water.
