Coconut Fudge
Ingredients
2 cups grated coconut
1 1/2 cups fresh milk
2 cups CSR Soft Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
In a saucepan, prepare a thick sticky syrup with milk and sugar. Add the grated coconut and cook for 10 minutes. Mix well. When the mixture starts to leave the side of the pan, remove from heat and spread on a greased tray. When cool cut into squares and store in containers.
