Coconut Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
125g butter
¼ cup cocoa
1 cup CSR White Sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup coconut
½ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
CSR Icing Sugar to dust
Method
1) Grease a shallow 20-cm square baking tin.
2) Melt butter, when melted stir in cocoa.
3) Stir in sugar and add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg is added.
4) Sift baking powder and flour together into the bowl, then add coconut and vanilla essence.
5) Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
6) Allow to cool then dust with icing sugar.
