Chocolate Spider Slice
Ingredients
1 cup of Plain Flour
1/2 cup of Coconut
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/2 cup of CSR White Sugar
1 tablespoon of Cocoa
125g of Butter
Method
In a bowl mix dry ingredients together and make a well in the centre. Melt butter. Stir melted butter into the dry ingredients. Press mixture into a greased slice tin and flatten with the back of a fork.
Cook at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
Ice with chocolate icing while warm and sprinkle with coconut.
