American Brownie

Ingredients

1 cup CSR White Sugar
1 teaspooon vanilla essence
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2/3 cup flour
optional: 1/2 cup walnuts and/or
1 cup chocolate chippies

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
Put in a greased tin and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Result is a moist slice type cake.

It is delicious hot or cold.
