Custard pudding
Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons CSR White Sugar
2-3 Tablespoons custard powder
2 egg whites
Method
Heat milk and sugar together in a saucepan. Put the custard powder into a cup with a little milk and stir to mix well. Then add this custard mix into the hot milk and KEEP STIRING.
Beat eggs whites until stiff then fold into saucepan of custard.
This will serve 3-4 people

When doing this recipe, do make sure you stir it all the time to avoid lumps!
