Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients

30g Butter, softened
8 Slices Fruit Bread, crusts removed
2 Tablespoons CSR Raw Sugar
2 Tablespoons Muscatels, roughly chopped
1 Tablespoon Sultanas
1 Teaspoon Orange Zest
1 Tablespoon Orange Liqueur
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cream
Extra CSR Raw Sugar to Taste

Method

1 : Preheat oven to 200oC.
2 : Butter the bread slices and cut into squares. Place half of the buttered squares into the base of a large shallow oven
proof dish.
3 : Combine the CSR Raw Sugar, muscatels, sultanas, orange zest, orange liqueur, milk and cream in a saucepan and
bring to boil. Remove from heat.
4 : Pour liquid fruit mixture over the bread and butter squares. Scatter over remaining bread and butter squares and
sprinkle over extra CSR Raw Sugar to taste. Bake in hot oven for 8 to 10 mins until golden.
