Blancmange

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups Milk
3 Tablespoons Cornflour
1/3 Cups CSR White Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 Egg (if desired)

Method

1 : Place only half of the milk in the vitamiser, add all other ingredients, cover, and run until smooth.
2 : Place the other half of the milk in a double boiler.
3 : Bring close to the boil, add the contents of the vitamiser, stirring constantly. Cook for 15 mins in the double
4 : Serve cold.

Comments

Peaches or pineapple may be added to this recipe.
