Fudge Cake
Ingredients
1/2 lb crushed biscuits
2 tb cocoa powder
125g butter
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup CSR White Sugar
vanilla essence
Method
Melt the butter and add to the sugar and cocoa.
Add in well beaten egg. Add the other ingredents and mix together well.
Press into a flat sponge roll tin tand leave to cool.
Ice with chocolate icing if you prefer.
