Coconut Rough
Ingredients
Base:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup CSR White Sugar
3/4 cup coconut
125g butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cocoa
Topping:
25g butter
1/2 tin condensed milk
1 cup CSR icing sugar
1 cup coconut
2 teaspoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
BASE:
Cream butter and sugar, add dry ingredients (can be quite crumbly)
Press into a tin.
Bake 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
TOPPING:
Melt 25g butter, 1/2 tin condensed milk.
Add CSR icing sugar, 1 cup coconut, 2 teaspoons cocoa and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Spread over base while hot.
Set in fridge.
