Chewy Chocolate Chip Biscuits
Ingredients
200g butter
1 cup CSR White Sugar
1 cup CSR Soft Brown Sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
3 cups flour
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups chocolate chips
Method
Melt butter and add both CSR Sugars in and cream these together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Roll into medium sized balls and put on a well greased baking tray. Make sure the mixture is not too wet!! Bake at 180° for 8-10 minutes.

Put a bread crust in the jar with the biscuits to keep chewy!!
