Brandy snaps
Ingredients
125g butter
125g CSR White Sugar
125g CSR Golden Syrup
125g flour
1 teaspoon ginger
Method
Cream butter and sugar,beat in golden syrup, sift in flour and ginger and mix together well.
Place 6 teasoonfuls at a time on an ungreased tray, spread mixture out. Bake at 180°C till brown (about 8 minutes). Curl around a broom handle to roll into brandy snap tube shape.
