Vienna Coffee
Ingredients
2/3 Cup CSR Coffee Crystals 1 Cup Finely Ground Italian Coffee Beans 1.2 Litres of Boiling Water 300mls Freshly Whipped Cream 2 Tablespoons Powdered Drinking Chocolate - OR: 60g Dark Chocolate, grated
Method
- Place CSR Coffee Crystals, coffee and water in a heavy based saucepan or coffee pot, place over heat and return to the boil.
- Strain into 6 coffee cups, top with cream and chocolate.
