Beef With Black Olives
Ingredients
Serves: 4
4 Slices of Scotch Fillet, Trimmed
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Cujp Stoned Black Olives, Chopped
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Tablespoon CSR White Sugar
Method
1 : Fry the crushed garlic in the oil , add the sugar and then quickly seal the steaks on each side.
2 : Place the steaks in a shallow earthenware casserole dish and season with salt and pepper. surround with the chopped black olives and put in a very hot oven for about 8 mins. Serve from the casserole.

Tip :This dish is best served with potatoes, either mashed or baked in their skins, and a green vegetable.
