Baked Pork Chops With Apricots
Ingredients
6 Pork Chops
1 cup Dried Apricots
1 cup White Wine
2 tablespoons Butter
A little Flour
1/4 Cup CSR Brown Sugar
Method
1 : Soak the apricots in the wine overnight. Puree the apricots and return to the liquid in which they soaked.
2 : Dredge the chops in flour and seasoning and brown on both sides in heated butter.
3 : Put the chops in a casserole and cover with the apricot puree. Cover the casserole and bake in a moderate oven for 30 mins.
4 : Correct seasoning and sprinkle over with the CSR Brown Sugar. Bake about 15 mins longer until well done and evenly glazed.
