Avocado With Chilli
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Ricotta or Cream Cheese
1 Large Ripe Avocado
1 Small White Onion, Minced
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Few Drops of Tabasco
1 teaspoon CSR White Sugar
1 Teaspoon Chilli Sauce
Method
1 : Peel, stone the avocado, and mash. Soften the ricotta and gradually add the avocado and all the other ingredients. Put in a bowl and cover with plasticwrap placing the stone in the middle of the mixture. This keeps the avocado from changing colour. Refrigerate.
2 : When ready to serve, remove the plasticwrap and the stone.

Tip : Surround the avocado with corn chips or salty crackers for extra flavour
