Banana and Yoghurt Pancakes

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup White Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon salt
15g Butter, melted
1 1/2 cups Plain Yoghurt
2 Egg Yolks, separated
2 Mashed Ripe Bananas
1/2 cup CSR White Sugar

Method

1 : Sift together first five ingredients. Combine all other ingredients except egg whites and fold into Flour. Blend in egg
whites until mixture stiffens.
2 : Cook until golden brown in battered crepe pan

Comments

Tip :This dish is delicious served with fresh fruit salad or blueberries and cream,
glaze and cream or banana and Maple Syrup.
