Banana Flap Jack Stacks

Ingredients

1/2 Cup CSR Brown Sugar
60g Butter
1/2 Cup Cream
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
3 Bananas, sliced
12 Prepared Pikelets (from supermarket)
TOPPING:
1/3 Cup Natural Yoghurt
1 Teaspoon CSR Original Golden Syrup, Melted

Method

1 : Melt butter in a frypan, stir in CSR Brown Sugar, cook over a medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
2 : Stir in cream, sour cream and bananas, cook over a low heat for 1-2 mins. Set aside.

TOPPINGS :
1 : Combine yoghurt and CSR Original Golden Syrup, mix well to combine.
2 : Place a pikelet onto four serving plates, top with half the banana mixture, then another pikelet and remaining banana
mixture. Top with remaining pikelets and spoon over yoghurt topping.
