Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

1 Egg
185 Plain Flour
30ml Milk
30g Butter, melted
Pinch of Salt
3 Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
60g CSR White Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Method

1 : Break the egg into the flour, add the milk and beat the batter well. Add the melted butter and salt. Set aside to rest
for 30 mins.
2 : Place the apples in a bowl and add lemon juice, CSR White Sugar and cinnamon. Toss to coat.
3 : Heat a little oil or butter in a heavy pancake pan and add a tablespoon of the batter, cover with a little of the apple
mixture. Fry quickly and turn and fry the other side.

Tip :Serve sprinkled with a little CSR/Havelock Icing Sugar
