Fruit in Cinnamon Syrup
Ingredients

Serves: 4
1 tablespoon CSR Smart White Sugar Blend
3/4 cup orange juice
3 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks
Seasonal fruit: strawberries, blueberries, peaches, plums, raspberries or apricots
Yoghurt for serving
Method
- Combine CSR Smart, orange juice, lemon juice and cinnamon in a small saucepan and stir over a medium heat until CSR Smart White Sugar Blend has dissolved. Simmer for 3 minutes, then cool syrup to allow cinnamon to infuse.
- Drizzle over your favourite seasonal fruits.
- Enjoy served with yoghurt.
