Fruit in Cinnamon Syrup

Ingredients

On the table: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

1 tablespoon CSR Smart White Sugar Blend
3/4 cup orange juice
3 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks

Seasonal fruit: strawberries, blueberries, peaches, plums, raspberries or apricots
Yoghurt for serving

Method

  1. Combine CSR Smart, orange juice, lemon juice and cinnamon in a small saucepan and stir over a medium heat until CSR Smart White Sugar Blend has dissolved. Simmer for 3 minutes, then cool syrup to allow cinnamon to infuse.
  2. Drizzle over your favourite seasonal fruits.
  3. Enjoy served with yoghurt.
